My Philosophy
I believe that clients should be well informed about the matters I am handling for them. At the outset of a matter, we discuss the client’s goals, what the client wants to obtain through legal counsel, and the potential costs that may be involved. Throughout the engagement I like to discuss the possible approaches that can be undertaken to achieve the client’s goals in a cost effective manner, In addition, clients are kept informed of the status of their matters on a regular basis.
Unlike many attorneys who only charge by the hour, the Law Offices of David C. Birdoff have flexible rate structures developed in coordination with the client to determine equitable arrangements for both of us.
