My practice is focused on estate, financial, tax and elder law issues, including personal and corporate tax planning, estate administration, trust administration and estate and business succession planning. A major part involves assisting clients and their families with tax and legal issues such as asset protection, maximizing wealth and retirement income, charitable giving and disability planning including use of durable powers of attorney, living trusts, health-care proxies and living wills.
