My Practice
I practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, Surrogate’s Court practice, charitable gift planning and guardianship. I focus on helping individuals protect their assets, health and independence through advanced planning strategies and by assisting fiduciaries in their management of estate, trust or guardianship responsibilities. I also have significant experience as a professional fundraiser and can advise not-for-profit organizations on major gifts, planned giving and program development.
