My Background
Colleagues see me as a "lawyers" lawyer fully versed in the ethics rules, litigation and zoning practice. In my last ten years as a partner at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, 1989-2000, I was the NY office member of the Professional Responsibility Committee, monitoring conflicts and advertising and other "legal ethics" issues.

I was also the secretary and counsel to a computer leasing trade association for about 15 years and expert on "joint newspaper operating arrangements" in newspaper publishing and the antitrust issues arising for daily newspaper publishers.

Recently, I have been active in municipal law, counseling my village in various zoning matters and solid waste management for the past 15 years. I also do mediation for the EDNY.
